YOUR INPUT MATTERS!
HU is continuing to work with our GB counterparts, and with Government to set out the challenges that hospitality is facing. This is a process which requires up to the minute feedback on the issues being faced by our industry. We must continue our efforts to gather data to feed the Government machine if we are to deliver positive change to the sector.
Feedback we’ve had from Government is that the data our sector provides is gold-standard and is making a difference to policy decisions.
In light of the limited new support measures announced in the Spring Budget, this remain a critical period for the sector. The survey covers overall business confidence, cost inflation, energy impacts, the labour market, overall profitability and the future trading outlook.
As always, all survey data will be treated confidentially and only aggregated data will be used. The results will be used with Government, shared with members and, where appropriate, with the media
