KNOWLEDGE NUGGETS
Our Knowedge Nuggets are a series of useful information videos developed especially for the hospitality sector by the Labour Relations Agency. We've recently added episodes on understanding probationary periods of employment, and hiring seasonal workers. We've also got full guidance on managing till shortages.
SEXUAL HARRASSMENT IN THE WORKPLACE
A brand new, practical guide developed by the Labour Relations Agency specifically for HU provides an overview of sexual harassment, and outlines the proactive and preventative steps employers should take to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, from a business perspective as well as a legal one.
HU ACADEMY
And finally, a reminder about the new and improved HU ACADEMY training platform, powered by MapalOne.
