Please take part in the Hospitality National Occupational Standards review consultation.
Over the past three months, we've been working alongside UK wide industry employers and stakeholders to review what is arguably one of the most important reference points for workforce development and certification in the hospitality industry – the National Occupational Standards (NOS).
It is essential that the standards are periodically reviewed and refreshed to keep them current, and to support the development of a knowledgeable and skilled workforce across the hospitality industry.
As there are a large quantity of hospitality NOS they have been split into 6 groups. These links will allow you to review as many of the groups as you wish.
Please review the REVISED Hospitality National Occupational Standards and then provide feedback via the survey. (Please ignore formatting errors these will be corrected before final submission).
