THE QUARTERLY SURVEY

YOUR INPUT MATTERS! 

HU is continuing to work with our GB counterparts, and with Government to set out the challenges that hospitality is facing. This is a process which requires up to the minute feedback on the issues being faced by our industry.

We must continue our efforts to gather data to feed the Government machine if we are to deliver positive change to the sector. 

We are clearly in turbulent times. Input prices are soaring, driven by energy costs, staff vacancies are at record levels and consumer confidence is declining. It is imperative that we communicate this clearly to Government so that we can get the right levels of support.
