THE WHAT MATTERS SURVEY FOR EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYEES

The hospitality and tourism industry has faced a turbulent time over the past 18 months, however as the industry begins to rebuild it faces acute challenges around staffing and people.

 

With skilled talent in high demand by employers and many businesses exploring innovative ways to attract and retain talent, there’s an opportunity to influence the culture, working practices and the quality of jobs on offer.

 

The ‘What matters?’ survey is an opportunity to hear what’s important to your current and future employees.
