The Drinks Trust welfare support for hospitality workers

The Drinks Trust, formerly The Benevolent, has been supporting the drinks industry since 1886. Through a working partnership with Hospitality Ulster we are proud to continue our long-established relationship and bring industry-specific wellbeing services to those working in hospitality in Northern Ireland.

The Drinks Trust provides vocational, practical, emotional and financial support to those who are currently working, or have worked, in the UK drinks industry.

These services include:

Financial Support

Grants are available for those experiencing financial difficulties, including help purchasing essential home equipment or vouchers to assist with food bills.

The Drinks Trust Helpline

The Drinks Trust has partnered with Spectrum.Life, a leading corporate health and wellbeing provider, to offer enhanced wellbeing support to the drinks industry across the UK. The upgraded helpline and wellness services provide vital mental health and wellbeing support for people working across the industry.

Mindful Drinking Courses

Club Soda, the mindful drinking movement, works closely with drinks brands and the hospitality sector, helping thousands of people change their relationship with alcohol.

Support for Sleep Problems

Sleepstation helps people sleep better without medication. Designed by experts and backed by science, the online sleep improvement programme is proven to combat even severe insomnia. The personalised support is what makes Sleepstation so effective.
