HEATING OIL BUYING GROUP: EXCLUSIVE TO HU MEMBERS

headerheatingoil.jpg

With many hospitality business owners relaying on heating oil to heat their premises and homes. Hospitality Ulster has established a buying group to use the combined buying power of members to secure the best possible price.

The scheme (as detailed below) will initially run as a pilot until 24th December 2022, with continued viability based on uptake by enough members in each region to make it sustainable.

HU members may also use the scheme for their employees.

HOW DOES THE SCHEME WORK?

1. Price Guarantee

  • The discounted price tracks the wholesale market buying price and therefore varies on a day-to-day basis
  • If the price drops between order and delivery, the lower price will be charged, and a refund or credit will be given
  • If the price rises after an order is placed, you will NOT be charged any increase

2. Payment

  • Payment with the order is required

3. Delivery Date Agreed at Time of Order

  • Please note orders will be delivered as soon as possible, but delivery dates will vary depending on number of deliveries in each area
  • Maximum waiting time from order to delivery- two weeks unless agreed at time of order

4. Purchases and deliveries can be made for business premises and homes
