FREE 2 DAY COURSE ROLLED OUT ACROSS NI OFFERS LEARNERS THE CHANCE TO PICK UP THE SKILLS REQUIRED TO WORK IN A BUSY BAR
Hospitality Ulster, in partnership with Northern Ireland’s regional colleges and the Department for the Economy NI, are delighted to introduce the 'Get into Bartending' pathway- a FREE hands on training course delivered over two days in a licensed premises where attendees will learn the skills required to work in a busy bar, including:

Cold room/keg store

Health, Safety and Hygiene

How to change a keg
-
How to pour the perfect pint
-
Customer Service
-
Glassware
-
How to change an optic
-
Drink accompaniments
-
Cocktail demonstration and learn to prepare3 cocktails
Learners have the opportunity to gain a City & Guilds Level 2 certification and unlock job opportunities in the hospitality sector.
In addition, local employers will be present at all training courses to discuss potential roles and vacancies.
