Launch of Belfast City Council Get Home Safe Campaign

Belfast City Council is launching its Get Home Safe campaign for Christmas 2010 on 7th December at the Apartment Bar. They have asked Pubs of Ulster to invite all Belfast publicans to the event. In attendance will be the Justice Minister, Lord Mayor and Assistant Chief Constable.

Details: Launch of Get Home Safe Christmas Marketing & Publicity campaign as follows; Date: Tuesday 7th December Time: 11.00 am Venue: Apartment bar Refreshments will be served. The publicity campaign aims to reduce alcohol-related crime and disorder, particularly in and around nightlife hotspots. It also aims to encourage young people to take more responsibility for their actions when out on the town. The campaign goes live on Monday 6th December and you will see the Get Home Safe message on various billboards, bus shelters and other mediums throughout December.
