Hospitality Ulster is proud to partner with IFEX in the 25th year of the legendary event.

Northern Ireland's premier food, drink, retail and hospitality event returns to the Titanic Exhibition Centre from 24-26 March 2020, and promises to be even bigger and better than ever!

Brand new to IFEX Salon Culinaire for 2020 is the World Skills NI Hospitality Skills Hub. This new area has been developed to celebrate, nurture and rediscover skills that have not been given a platform at IFEX for many years and these skills are paramount for the development of our sector and the retention of our existing workforce. Various opportunities within our sector will be showcased such as training, employment and higher education options and a wide range of skills shall be demonstrated over the three days of the show. You can expect to see:

Hotel reception and housekeeping

Barista championships

Mixology and bartending

Don’t forget to visit to witness some of these amazing skills in action

There is also an opportunity to take advantage of HU's partnership with IFEX and become an exhibitor at the event!
