Chief Executive Calls on Industry to be Extra Vigilant

With the release of GCSE results in Northern Ireland today Colin Neill, Chief Executive of Pubs of Ulster, asks all licensees to be extra vigilant tonight to ensure that under 18's are not served alcohol on a licensed premises.

Licensees are reminded to only accept the following Proof of ID:

  • Electoral ID Card
  • Passport
  • Driving Licence Photocard
  • Anything carrying the PASS logo

Pubs of Ulster have provided a series of resources concerning the law around under 18's on your premises. This includes general information surrounding the issue and advice on how to stay within the law.
